Born on February 12, 2391 at 9.21PM (Eastern Standard Time); Charleston, South Carolina. She and her mother lived in Charleston, for the first years of her life; her father living in Albany, Georgia, possibly due to his brothers bad health. When she was 3 years old, her mother fell pregnant with a 2nd Child, deciding that it was the right time to make the move to Albany, nine months later twins Ryan and Joe were born, Jon came when Cassandra was 4 and finally her sister Jessica came when she started Kindergarten.

Straight from the word 'go' at school Cassie was drawn towards the Arts and Sports, although she still managed to perform and meat averages across the majority of academic subjects. She made regular summer visits during her early-childhood to her Grandma's house on Lunar Colony, on one such visit in the summer of '96 she met Ethan Wood, her best friend in the years coming.

At Highschool she oriented around subjects such as Sports Science and Physical Education, she started to do a lot of sporting extra-curricular activities; starting with Volleyball and Track & Field events. She ended up representing her school in several teams and in several different sports, academically she achieved average grades across her High School Career, receiving her Diploma in 2409.

Cassie had known she wanted to Enlist in Starfleet since she was little, in Fall 2409 she opted to go the Enlisted Route. She immediately enlisted for Combat Infantry Training, heading to Fort Coronado (San Diego, Earth). She completed CIT in early 2410, with good scores in everything; she was assigned as a Marksman to A COY, U.S.S Ronald Reagan.

Upon being assigned to A COY she was immediately deployed to the Iconian War with the Ronald Reagan. She saw service in mostly outlying Federation Colonies, completing an undisclosed number of Combat Operations with 1 PLATOON, A COY; she was cited as being a "good Operator who can get her job done to the upmost standard, however shows little need to improve herself" ~ LT. Garry Huges (November 2410).

Returning from the Iconian War she was given 2 months leave while the Ronald Reagan underwent repairs from minor battle damage in the closing days of the War; she spent all of this on Earth with then PO3 Ethan Wood and her family; according to personal records she spent the entire time "Lazing around and eating sh*t".

In Mid March 2411 the Ronald Reagan was deployed to the Hobos Sector providing "Federation Power Projection" in the Region, transferring Teams to 2 TEAM, 1 PLATOON it is stated "A fire of ambition and duty has been lit in PO3 Dowling" ~ CPO. Drax Goraan, Dowling made a dramatic U-Turn taking initiative, constantly striking to push herself to the next level - in personal records it is stated PO1. T'Van; her Squad Leader was the cause of this. On May 23, 2411 she was promoted to Petty Officer 2nd Class.

She returned from her deployment to the Hobos Sector on February 1, 2412; Dowling received 1 month leave while the Ronald Reagan was in Dry Dock; she spent the time "Doing Stuff" on Lunar Colony and Mars. She returned to the Ronald Reagan on March 10, 2412. The Ronald Raegan was held around Earth Space Dock until April 21, 2412 on which it received an Assignment to a Unknown Planet in the Beta Quadrant, the Mission has of yet not been de-classified by Starfleet Command.

Upon Returning sometime in August 2412, the Reagan was given little time before it was transferred from the Federation 1st Fleet to Task Force 35; becoming the lead ship of the Task Force based in the Alpha Quadrant. The Ronald Reagan arrived at DS9 on September 2, 2412 to assume command of TF35.

The TF was soon assigned to Federation Supremacy & Force Protection in the fringes of Federation Space in the Alpha Quadrant. On January 8, 2413 the U.S.S Ronald Reagan, U.S.S Baker, U.S.S Horace were involved in a incident involving a Romulan Warship in the Sector; in which the Imperial Romulan Warbird T'Kan was destroyed, all hands being lost; 35 Starfleet Crewmen were lost and the U.S.S Baker was crippled. The Ronald Reagan spent 3 months in Dry-Dock, in which time Cassie visited Bajor with several other MACO's; she commented in a personal log that Bajor was "Interesting." after the trip she programmed one of the replicators to replicate a variety of Bajoran Foods that she had grown to like.

On March 13, 2413 the Ronald Reagan and all ships of TF35 (minus the Baker) were redeployed to Fleet Protection on the line between explored and unexplored space, across the next 6 months it was escort to 15 Science & Exploration Vessel's; there were 5 Minor Skirmishes and 1 Incident which resulted in heavy damage to the Science Ship U.S.S Tarak.

On July 5, 2413 PO2 Dowling was promoted to PO1 and placed as a Squad Leader, after completing all required qualifications; she was subsequently placed in 1st Squad, B Team, 1 PLATOON. On October 23, 2413 the Ronald Reagan and U.S.S Hellas were deployed as security for Ambassador Karl Gustaf on a mission to the recently discovered Ardaran System; the Ambassador was mediating peace negotiations to 2 long time rivals on the Planet. Cassie's Squad were deployed as Personal Security to the Ambassador; there was a subsequent terrorist attack on the Capitol Building. In an interview the Ambassador said "I had full trust in the Petty Officer [Cassandra] and her Squad, they acted professionally and handled the situation in a swift and secure manor; our lives were in good hands that day." ~ Ambassador Karl Gustaf May, 2414.

Following the Diplomatic Mission the Ronald Reagan was given a retrofit notice for the begging of 2414; across the final few months of 2413 the Ronald Reagan ran light, low risk missions before being re-assigned to the First Fleet and sent to Vulcan for Retrofit; upon arrival in Vulcan on January 27, 2414 Cassie was given notice she was being re-assigned after 4 months leave.

Cassie returned home to Albany, Georgia for the majority of the 4 months; taking a holiday with her family to Lunar Colony for 2 weeks to visit her grandmother, she also spent 1 month in Tennesse with Ethan Wood, who was on leave prior also being re-assigned. On May 02, 2414 she reported to Earth Space Dock, where she was promoted to Chief Petty Officer and assigned to the U.S.S Iowa, a small escort.

In April, 2414 the U.S.S Iowa was deployed as part of a Starfleet Project codenamed "Troy"; the details of the Project remain classified to this day, Cassie spent the next 2 years as part of the crew of the Iowa on the Project, no logs or mention of her appears in this time; a long with the rest of the crew of the Iowa.

Finally having re-emerged from the Black Void sometime in May, 2416 she was notified she was once again being re-assigned, this time to the U.S.S Cychreides, she was placed as the Team Leader of B Team, 1 PLATOON and fully transferred in June, 2416; once again back out toward the Alpha Quadrant.
